RETURNS
Our policy is good 30 days from the date of the invoice and is subject to a 10% restocking fee. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, returns are at Mid South Meter & Regulators discretion. Your item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it in.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will credit your account. If a credit isn't going to be used because you will not be making any more purchases for your project, you need to call the office and ask for a refund. We will either credit the card you used to purchase the merchandise or if you paid with cash/check we will send a check to cover the amount of the credit on your account within a certain amount of time.
